At Shyrtz-N-Gygglez, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- It must be in the original condition it was received
- It must include any original packaging and tags
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
If an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet our requirements, we may decline the request.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return
- Order number
- We’ll respond with return instructions and any additional details needed.
Do not ship items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
- Refund processing time is usually 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If your return is not approved, we will notify you via email.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
To request an exchange, email us first.
If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, defective product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem
- Order number
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Contact the carrier first (they often have location details)
- Then contact us if you need help after speaking with the carrier
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
